"Anna was born in Rabat, Morocco. She was a very talented woman, who could speak several different languages. She was an excellent seamstress, loves to cook and tell stories of her country and family. She had a wonderful sense of humor.

After my father died she worked with the elderly and was proud to be certified in nursing. She enjoyed this work.

My mother past away on September 11, 2004 of ovarian cancer, in St. Mary's County, Maryland. All her children were with her. From her bedside window was this incredible view of Amish country and a sunrise stained in rose from the earth to the heavens as she left us. She rest with my father and brother in Arlington. The headstone engraved with the Star of David and a Christian cross for my father and just a few feet away is our dear brother Michael.

She came to Kailua, Hawaii September 1, 2001. My mom was living in Germantown, Maryland before she came to stay with us and she left out of Dulles Airport. September 11, 2001 the Pentagon and the Trade Center was bombed. It was very emotional to see this happen in our country and this date will be forever sad for it has impacted two very sad events in our lives.

Anna next married Clyde Alexander Wallace, son of John Thomas Wallace and Ethel Jane Fletcher, on 7 Jan 1946 in Morocco. (Clyde Alexander Wallace was born on 5 Mar 1910 in Crossroads District, Cherokee, Georgia, USA, died on 18 Mar 1974 and was buried in Section 52, Site 45, Arlington National Cemetery, , Arlington, Arlington, Virginia, USA.). The cause of his death was Stroke.
