bullet  General Notes:

Susannah married Thomas in St Augustine's Church in Waimate on the South Island of NZ. Her mother had moved here sometime after the death of her first husband and married her second husband in the same Church in 1873. Susannah's mother is buried in Waimate.

Extract from the Narrandera Argus 25-10-1927
"The death took place on Friday last of Mrs Susannah Sullivan wife of Mr. Thomas Sullivan at the age of 64 years. Mrs Sullivan was a native of Taranaki New Zealand and came to N.S.W. about 44 years ago and to Narrandera 40 years ago.

She was highly respected by all who knew her and her death will be regretted by many old friends. She is survived by her widower and grown up family of 4 sons and 5 daughters. The sons are Edmund ( Mt Crystal), Hubert (Leeton), Robert & Armour (Narrandera). The daughters are Caroline, Mrs Savage (Barelan), Susan M. (Mrs A.C.Graham (OBIRY) Eva (Mrs Kepp, Lithgow) Mrs J. Wright (Narrandera) and Rosie (Mrs K.W. Walkerdon, Sth Kensington). The funeral took place on Saturday and was largely attended. The remains were interned in the R.C. portion of the Narrandera Cemetery. The Rev. Father Hartigan officiated at the graveside. Merrs. Watkins Brs. had charge of funeral arrangements."

The cause of his death was Pulmonary Oedema/ Senile Myocarditis.
