A number of researchers record his wife's name as Elizabeth Pickett.
Probate was granted on 11 Feb 1822. Some researchers claim his date of death was 8 Feb, I am yet to sight evidence of this. His Executors were his son Joseph and son-in-law Zacharia Fitch.
The only children named in his Will were William, Joseph, John, Mary, Elizabeth and Thomas. Some researchers attribute a number of additional children to them but the evidence seems a bit flimsy to me at this stage.
William married Elizabeth Pickett, daughter of Maxemilion Pickitt and Mary Brace, on 5 Jun 1765 in St Mary, Ware, Hertfordshire, England.
