Charles married Elizabeth Mary Agnes Hocking, daughter of Ezekiel Ernest Hocking and Margaret Jones, on 4 Mar 1922 in Holy Trinity Church, Thornbury, Victoria, Australia. (Elizabeth Mary Agnes Hocking was born on 4 Dec 1900 in Harrietville, Victoria, Australia, died in 1974 in Preston, Victoria, Australia and was buried on 19 Nov 1974 in Cremated, Fawkner Crematorium, Victoria, Australia.). The cause of her death was Carcinoma of Lungs, months / Carcinoma of sigmoid colon, 18 months. Marriage Notes: It was a Church of England Ceremony. Witnesses were A.V. Gooding and M. Boyd.
