bullet  General Notes:

In the 1841 Census she was recorded as 80 years old, a Pauper, living at Woodend in the township of Crompton, Oldham, Lancashire. She seems to be living alone, but possibly in the household of John Henshaw, a 35 year old stonemason, and his family. This Martha died 10 April 1842, aged 82, and was buried in Shaw, Lancashire.

As she is at Crompton where son James was living for a while it would appear that this is the correct Martha.
