bullet  General Notes:

At the time of the 1841 Census he was living on Fore St, Camelford, Cornwall, England. He was 25, a shoemaker, and born in the County. Living with him were his wife Caroline, 25, not born in the County, and children Maria, 4 and Mary, 2 both born in the County. Living not far away was the family of William and Ann Potter - he was an Attorney's Clerk, not born in the County - with daughters Louise and Sarah. Possibly Caroline's parents?

He emigrated to Ontario, Canada and died there at age 64 on 4 March 1879. This William was a cordwainer (cutter).
