Charles Dufferin Weeks

  General Notes:

At the time of the 1911 Census he and his family were living at 247 Princes St, Prince Edward Island. He was recorded as having been born on Prince Edward Island as was his entire family, including Cora (but by 1921 census she was just "Ontario"). Charles was the Manager of a dry foods store. All of the household could read and write, except for toddler Warwick aged 3. Their other child at this stage was Adele, aged 7. Their religion was recorded as Methodist. Also living here was Annie Mugan, 18, a Domestic Servant.

At the time of the 1921 Census they were living on the SW side of First St at Medicine Hat on Prince Edward Island. Charles was a merchant. Both of his parents are recorded as having been born on Prince Edward Island. Living with him were wife Cora and children Adele, Warwick, Wyona and William. Adele was born Ontario, Warwich and Wyona on Prince Edward Island and William in Alberta.

Charles married Cora Caroline Croft, daughter of William Croft and Victoria Arnall, on 22 Jun 1901 in York, Toronto, , Ontario, Canada. (Cora Caroline Croft was born on 30 Nov 1880 in Ontario, Canada, died on 1 Feb 1925 in Medicine Hat, , Alberta, Canada and was buried in Feb 1925 in Hillside Cemetery, Medicine Hat, Alberta, Canada.)
