Living with him were his wife Agnes, aged 39 born Dalgetty and children: Janet, 11, a scholar, born Dalgetty; Euphemia,7, a scholar, born Dalgetty; Christian, aged 4, born Aberdour, Fifeshire; and Agnes, 1, also born Aberdour. Son David was living with his Uncle, Thomas Muir in Glasgow. Noted events in his life were: • He worked as a Miner. • He worked as a Coal Miner at the time of the census in 1851 in Dalgety, Fife, Scotland. • He resided at the time of the census on 31 Mar 1851 in Coles Cottages, Dalgetty, Fife, Scotland. Thomas married Agness Muir, daughter of Thomas Muir and Janet Hynd, on 30 Jun 1838 in Dalgety, Fife, Scotland. (Agness Muir was born on 8 Sep 1811 in Dalgety, Fife, Scotland and was christened on 15 Sep 1811 in Dalgety, Fife, Scotland.) |
