Another name for Timothy was Florence Durnan.
General Notes:
Tmothy F is named on Patrick Durnan's death certificate as a son. The Durnan Reunion booklet lists a Florance as a son (who was unmarried), but no Timothy. I'm assuming that the F in Timothy F stands for Florance, and that he may have been commonly known by this name.

As briefly mentioned in Friday's issue of the "Argus", the death occurred at the Narrandera District Hospital on Thursday last of another of the old and respected residents of this district in the person of Mr. Timothy Florance Durnan, at the age of 72 years.
Mr. Durnan was born at Rutherglen, Victoria, and came to this district with his parents at a very early age. His father, the late Mr. Patrick Durnan, acquired a holding at Grong Grong and resided there for a number of years. Later he moved to Mt Crystal, where the members of the family resided, Mr. Timoth Durnan was on the land at Mt. Crystal until his death.
Possessed of an unassuming and retiring nature, he did not take part in public affairs but was always keenly interested in all local activities. He was a keen lover of all classes of sport, particularly Australian Rules football, and never missed a match unless it was unavoidable. His genial and likeable disposition won him many friends with the public generally. He was ever ready to contribute to any worthy movement. Deceased who was unmarried, is survived by one brother, Patrick of Mt Crystal and two sisters, Mary Josephine (Mrs EJ Sullivan, Ardlethan) and Annie Margaret (Mrs. R Barratt, Sydney).
The funeral took place on Friday afternoon, moving from St. Mel's Church for the RC portion of the Narrandera cemetery. The bearers were Messrs DJ and E Durnan, and J Sullivan, while the carriers of the floral tray were Messrs F & T Sullivan, all nephews of the deceased. Watkins Bros. had charge of the funeral arrangements.
