Curiously her marriage to William Dixon was dissolved by a decree of the Supreme Court of NSW on 21st March 1987 when Minnie would have been 95 years old, and almost 50 years after William had died. Minnie was the Petitioner. Her Marriage Certificate held by NSW BDM is stamped accordingly.

• She worked as a Dressmaker at the time of her marriage on 3 Jul 1912 in Emmaville, New South Wales, Australia.

Minnie married William Brown Dixon, son of Mathew Dixon and Isabella Ross, on 3 Jul 1912 in The Residence of the Bride's parents, Emmaville, , New South Wales, Australia. (William Brown Dixon was born about 1887 in New Lambton, , Newcastle, , New South Wales, Australia and died in 1938 in Ryde, New South Wales, Australia.)

  Marriage Notes:

It was a Roman Catholic Ceremony. Witnesses were the bride's sister, Annie Herbert and Roy Ross Dixon.

The marriage was dissolved on 21 Mar 1987.
